Our wedding day. The regulars came too.

Our story

It started with a friend's dog.

First a friend's pup for a weekend. Then a neighbor's. Then the neighbor's neighbor.

Before long, half of our Williamsburg block knew our door. Dozens of families trusted us with overnights, walks, and the days they couldn't be home.

We never set out to build a business. We just kept saying yes to dogs we loved and paying attention to the small things: who needs to sleep in a bed, who is nervous on stairs, who only eats if you sit with them.

Brooklyn Paw Club is that same care, now in Miami. Erdem looks after the dogs day to day, and Lauren is there for pickups, coverage and plenty of cuddles. It's still just the two of us, and that's the point.

The regulars

When we got married, our dogs were the wedding party.

Membership walks are 30 minutes. We give the free refresher when our schedule allows, and if you have a day in mind, just ask and we'll fit it in if we can. Memberships renew monthly. Pause any time, with an optional restart date, or cancel from your account. We keep the number of members small so every walk happens on time.

Anything else on your mind? Ask us at the meet & greet. No question is too small when it's about your dog.

Where do you pick up?

Pickup and return are included inside our area: Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, Edgewater, Wynwood, Midtown. Live just outside it? Ask before you book and we'll tell you straight whether we can reach you.

What are your hours?

Daycare runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week. Morning pickups happen between 9 and 10 a.m. and evening returns between 6 and 7 p.m. For overnights, we agree on check-in and pickup times when you book.

How does overnight pricing work?

$120 covers up to 24 hours from the check-in time we agree on, and that includes daytime care. You are never charged for daycare on top of an overnight for the same hours. If you need longer, we quote it before you book.

What do you need before the first visit?

Your contact details and a backup contact, your vet, vaccination records, feeding and medication instructions, and anything we should know about how your dog gets on with other dogs. We go through it together at the meet & greet.

Are you insured?

Yes, Brooklyn Paw Club is insured. Ask us at the meet & greet if you'd like the details.

Can I send my dog's own food?

Yes, please do. Keeping meals the same is easier on everyone's tummy. We weigh and serve the portions you give us and never switch food without asking.

Do you take every dog?

We welcome social dogs. Our walks and our home are shared with other dogs, and kids are often around, so when you book you confirm your dog gets along with both. If your dog is shy or still working on it, contact us and we'll talk it through honestly.

Do I need a meet & greet first?

No, it's optional. We recommend it: it's free, takes about 15 minutes, and lets your dog get to know us before the first visit. You can also create an account and book right away.

What if I need to cancel?

Walks can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before. Daycare and overnights can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before check-in or pickup. Before that, you get a full refund to your card, or your credits back. After that, we can't refund or reschedule, though you can still cancel so we can offer the spot to another dog. Bookings on national holidays can be rescheduled but not cancelled. You can do all of this from your account.

What if the weather is bad?

If the weather doesn't allow a safe walk, we may move it to another time. We'll let you know the new time, and nothing changes in what you paid. If it doesn't work for you, just reply and we'll find another one.
